FREE, FUN COMMUNITY FESTIVAL!
The Arts Center welcomes residents and visitors alike to the Town's Official Holiday Kick-Off Festival on Saturday, November 14 from 11:30am - 2:30pm.
Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive in style on an antique fire truck to visit with children throughout the festival, held on the Arts Center grounds.
The day is filled with holiday entertainment from local groups, arts and crafts for all ages, delicious treats from food trucks, a wonderful Art Market featuring the creations of local artisans (great for buying gifts and supporting local at the same time), and a performance from cast members of the Arts Center’s Annie!
A Lowcountry holiday tradition that truly is fun for the whole family!
Free Admission for people (and pups) of all ages! Sponsored by the Town of Hilton Head Island.

Santa and Shopping Day
Who is ready for Santa’s first appearance on Hilton Head Island? We are! Join us for a day-after-Thanksgiving “Santa and Shopping Day” with specials and sales throughout the harbour shops and restaurants.
Santa will arrive at 12 noon aboard a fire truck and stay until 2:30 p.m. at the Neptune Statue for children to share their Christmas list and take photos!
Additional kids activities from 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. will include bounce houses and train rides (additional cost) along with holiday music. Bring the kids and grandkids to meet Santa, listen to holiday classics and shop for some special gifts! The first 300 kids will be given a gingerbread cookie to take home (Cookies created by Hilton Head Social Bakery and sponsored by the Shelter Cove Merchants)!
Free event, but please bring a new unwrapped toy or canned items for the Deep Well Project.
During the holiday season, experience the “Coastal Christmas” boat lights! Shop at our locally owned boutiques, galleries and more. Dine at seven waterfront restaurants open for the Holidays. Stroll along the marina and see the lights for the festive Holiday season.

Concert for the Kids
Concert for the Kids is a fun and impactful fundraising event hosted by The Children’s Center, bringing people together for an evening of music and community support. The concert this year features the incredibly popular local band Pretty Darn. Singers, songwriters, and multi-instrumentalists Kyle Wareham and Nick Poulin bring rich harmonies and signature dual vocals to every performance. Opportunities to see the duo together as Pretty Darn are rare, making this a truly special night for fans.
Tickets include light appetizers, making it a memorable night out while contributing to The Children’s Center’s mission of providing quality early childhood education and care. Sponsorships from local partners help make the event possible, creating a lively atmosphere where attendees can enjoy great music and help support children and families in the community.
We extend our sincere thanks to Poseidon for generously donating the venue and providing complimentary appetizers for this special evening. We are also proud to welcome Nick Poulin of Pretty Darn, a former student of The Children's Center (TCC), back to perform in support of the organization that helped shape his early years.
