Come one, come all! Join Kroger and the merchants of Shelter Cove Towne Centre as we officially flip the light switch on for the "tastefully tacky" Dove Street Festival of Lights. With the addition of the new Shelter Cove Community Park this year's display will be even bigger and brighter!
