Captains Quarters is a 64 unit, gated community, consisting of the Starboard and Port buildings, located at the western end of the Shelter Cove Harbour. Our one and two bedroom villas are serviced with ample parking on one side and great views of the harbor, the marsh and Broad Creek on the other.
Our owners and guests enjoy a quiet beautiful location in walking distance of the harbor and the many shops and restaurants surrounding it. We have beach access in Palmetto Dunes and are served by the convenient Dunes Buggy. The Arts Center is a neighbor and the new Kroger and Towne Center are nearing completion along with the relocated Shelter Cove Park. TJ Maxx, Giuseppis and a new Whole Foods anchor the shops in the Plaza.
Our well- maintained buildings are complimented by a Kayak Rack and a covered, lighted bicycle rack. The large pool, kiddy pool and hot tub overlook the view to Broad Creek. The pool area features a lady’s and gents pool house and a covered area with table seating for snacks and some shade.
A Board of Directors manages the affairs of Captains Quarters and takes an active interest in our part of the continuing development of our Shelter Cove Community.
